Claude Deck Prompts for PowerPoint

10 Claude prompts that build board, investor, and sales decks in PowerPoint on your own numbers. For CFOs and founders who pay a deck shop $5,000 to $50,000 a deck.

Free — runs in your own ClaudeMedium setup · 5 steps10 ready-to-run prompts+ live interactive tool
Set it up free — takes 3 minutes ↓Or have us wire it in →
Step 1 · setup
Three minutes, three steps, nothing to install by hand

Claude sets it up for you. You just paste.

Never used Claude? It is free and takes 30 seconds to open. Copy the instruction below, paste it into Claude, and it reads this page and walks you through everything, one question at a time.

  1. 1

    Copy your setup instruction

A short instruction plus a link to this page lands on your clipboard. First copy asks for your email once. That unlocks every button across the whole library.

  2. 2

Open Claude in a new tab

Free account, no card, 30 seconds. This tab stays open so you can come back.

    Open claude.ai ↗
  3. 3

Paste, send, and answer one question

Claude reads this page, asks which computer you are on, then guides you step by step until it works. If anything errors, tell Claude what you see, and it fixes it with you.

▸How should Claude talk to you? (optional)
▸Prefer the full prompt instead of the link? (optional)
I want to start building decks with the Claude PowerPoint Deck Pack on my own numbers. Walk me through it.

This is NOT a Terminal or coding install. There is no `git clone`, no `npm install`, no command line. It is all inside the Claude app (claude.ai in a browser, the Claude desktop app, or the Claude add-in inside PowerPoint). Treat me like a CFO or head of strategy who has never touched code.

What I am setting up: a private Claude Project, or the PowerPoint add-in, so the prompts in the vault on this page can read my numbers and build board-grade slides. Nothing installs on my machine. Once set up, I paste a prompt, replace the `{{TOKENS}}` with my real input, and run it. A human owner reviews before any deck goes to the board.

IMPORTANT: I do NOT need Microsoft 365 or PowerPoint for this. There are two surfaces, ask me which I want:
- **Path A, with PowerPoint:** Claude builds directly in a .pptx via the add-in.
- **Path B, no Microsoft 365:** Claude builds the whole deck inside claude.ai and EXPORTS it for me. It can generate a downloadable .pptx (opens free in Keynote, Google Slides, or LibreOffice), a paste-ready Google Slides outline, a PDF, or a live HTML slide deck I present straight from the browser. No slide software required. Pick this if I do not own PowerPoint, am on a Mac/Chromebook, or just want the deck without any Office license.

Walk me through this one step at a time. Wait for me to confirm each step before moving on:

1. Decide the surface. If I want Claude to build directly in a .pptx, tell me how to enable the Claude add-in from the PowerPoint ribbon (Microsoft 365). If I just want the content and slide plan first, tell me to open claude.ai or the desktop app. For real financials I want a Team or Enterprise plan so my numbers stay in my tenant; tell me how to confirm that.

2. If using claude.ai: in the left sidebar click "Projects", then "Create Project". Name it for the deck (for example "Q3 Board Deck").

3. In Project Knowledge, add what the prompts will use (the data source I pick in prompt 01): financials, the prior deck, an export, brand guidelines. If I am using the PowerPoint add-in, tell me to keep the deck open and skip the upload.

4. In the Project's Custom Instructions box, paste this: "You are a board-grade deck team supervised by a human owner. Every figure on a slide must tie to a source I provide. Never invent a number, quote, or logo claim. Flag every deck for human review before it ships."

5. Open a new chat in the Project. Copy prompt 01 (the deck router) from the vault on this page. Paste it. Answer its questions (deck type, the one decision, where my data lives, audience, brand). This configures every later prompt.

6. Run prompt 02 (blueprint), then 03 and 04 (hook, script). Rebuild ONE deck I already trust first, so I can compare the output to a version I know is good. Replace each `{{TOKEN}}` with my real input.

7. Read the output. Confirm it tied every figure to a source, kept one idea per slide, and flagged anything per the `<review_gate>`.

8. Before any deck ships, run bonus prompt B4 (source-tie auditor). A single untied figure blocks the deck.

Rules for walking me through this:

- One step at a time. Tell me exactly what to click and where it is on the Claude page or the PowerPoint ribbon.
- Define jargon once: Project, Project Knowledge, Custom Instructions, add-in, ribbon, `<review_gate>`, `{{TOKEN}}`.
- If the UI looks different (web vs desktop vs PowerPoint add-in, Team vs Enterprise), give me the variant. Do NOT tell me a step is "not possible" — tell me to look for a "Projects" or "Workspaces" section, a "Custom Instructions" field, an "Add files" upload, or the Claude add-in under the PowerPoint "Home" or "Insert" ribbon. If none exist, fall back to building the content in a chat and pasting it into slides myself.
- Never tell me to install anything via Terminal. The whole bundle runs from a browser tab, the desktop app, or PowerPoint.
- Anti-pattern call-outs: if I say "my IT blocked claude.ai", tell me about the Team/Enterprise plan with SSO or the desktop app. If I say "the Claude add-in is not in my PowerPoint", tell me to check the Microsoft 365 admin add-in catalog, or build the content in the web app and paste it in. If I say "I do not have a paid plan", tell me the free plan tests the first prompt but real financial work needs the firm tenant.

First message: ask me only "Path A with PowerPoint (add-in), or Path B with no Microsoft 365 (Claude builds and exports a .pptx / Google Slides / PDF / HTML deck for you)? And do you have a Team or Enterprise plan so your numbers stay in your tenant?" Then start with step 1. If I pick Path B, never tell me to open PowerPoint, build everything in claude.ai and hand me the export.

When prompts 01 through 04 run cleanly and the rebuilt deck matches one I trust, switch into "DM mode" and ask me which deck eats the most of my team's time so I can help wire that one first.
Step 2 · run it on your data

Step 1 set it up. These 10 prompts do the work.

We wire it into your business

We deliver a deployed deck workspace: your brand template extracted and pinned, the standard board and investor blueprints loaded, a data source wired in, and an approval flow so no deck ships without a human sign-off. You get the deck-shop output without the deck-shop invoice or an unchecked number in front of the board.

data safety

Before you use live numbers

  • • Run last quarter's numbers first. Live data is not a test bed.
  • • Nothing here uploads to us. It runs in your own Claude account, on your own machine.
  • • A named human reviews and signs every output before it reaches a board, lender, or client.
  • • Wiring the open-source piece to real systems? Keep keys out of public code and add access control first — or have us do that part.
the fine print

Outputs are a first pass; a human owner reviews and signs off before any deck reaches the board or investors. Every figure ties to a source you provide. Investor and board decks carry Reg FD / Reg G / forward-looking-statement obligations; your counsel signs off. This is not financial or legal advice.

Read this far? You want board decks in minutes, not a $50k invoice. Let us build the workspace — with a sign-off gate before anything ships.
