Information we collect

When you contact us or book a call, we may receive your name, email, company context, workflow details, project requirements, and any information you choose to share.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate project fit, prepare AI implementation recommendations, schedule calls, and deliver services if you become a client.

AI and project data

For consulting or implementation work, client data access is scoped to the project. Sensitive data should only be shared after an agreed scope, access method, and approval process are in place.

Optional website analytics

When enabled, PostHog helps us understand page visits and actions such as selecting a system, exploring a build, or opening the booking page. Optional analytics begins only after you select Allow analytics. You can choose Essential only or change your choice through Privacy settings.

The browser integration uses an anonymous identifier and approved interaction metadata, including browser and device information and a bounded browser user-agent for traffic classification. With your permission, it also measures the referring website domain and sanitized campaign identifiers (source, medium, and campaign). It does not record sessions, send form contents or search text, or send full URL query strings. If a page fails in your browser, it also sends an error report (the error type, its message and the code location) so we can fix it, with email addresses and query strings removed. Signing pages and the internal library publishing console are excluded from browser analytics. Local previews do not send browser events to PostHog.

Booking, newsletter, and inquiry information is handled separately to provide the service you request. Analytics consent does not submit those forms or subscribe you to email.
