The founder
Muhammad Ali
I build the AI layer that runs the workflow your team dreads, inside the tools you already pay for. Founder on every call and every build.
Why embedded, not a platform
The last thing you need is another login.
Most AI companies want you to come to them. Upload your files to their portal. Learn their dashboard. Move your work into a new tool and hope your team adopts it.
I do the opposite. I install into the system you already run. The loan software, the spreadsheets, the SharePoint folder your team opens every morning. Nothing moves. Nobody logs into anything new.
The product is one workflow. One problem you already know is costing you. One button that runs it, where the work already lives.
A platform makes you change how you work. A layer runs underneath what you already do. I build the layer.
That's the whole philosophy. If it needs a new tab, a new password, or a training deck, I built the wrong thing.
How this started
Same pattern, different industry.
One of the first builds was for a property manager whose team spent 80 hours a week reconciling payouts and answering guests. The first week with the system running, it was 10.
Then a private equity fund that needed diligence in weeks, not months. Then a broker dealer buried in monthly reconciliation no human should be doing.
Different industries. Same shape every time. Someone was paying people to run a workflow a system should run.
Consultance.ai is what happened when the build became the product. No associates. No offshore handoffs.
Built in public
The proof is the work, posted.
I don't ask you to trust a case study you can't see. Most of what I build gets written up and posted while it's still fresh.
The free versions live in the library. Take them, run them, and see how the systems think before you ever book a call.

Audit. One workflow. One click.
The audit
35 minutes. We find the workflow costing you the most and put a dollar number on it. If it isn't worth building, I'll tell you. The written audit is yours to keep.
One workflow
We don't boil the ocean. We pick the single workflow with the clearest return and build the layer that runs it inside the tools you already pay for.
One click
Your team keeps working where they already work. The workflow now runs on one button. You own the code, the prompts, and the integrations.
