consultance.ai provides AI consulting, AI implementation, workflow automation, AI agent development, RAG systems, chatbots, voice AI, and related custom AI development services.
Engagement scope
Discovery calls and website information do not create a client relationship. Paid work begins only after scope, deliverables, access, pricing, and responsibilities are agreed in writing.
No guaranteed business outcome
AI systems can improve workflows, but results depend on data quality, adoption, integrations, business process, market conditions, and ongoing iteration. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Project-specific code, deliverables, and IP transfer terms are defined in the written project agreement. Third-party tools, models, and platforms remain subject to their own terms.
