AI agents that run the work humans should not.

We design, build, and deploy agents that follow your SOPs, call your tools, escalate edge cases, and improve over time. Wired into the actual business, not a sandbox.

What we build

Agent workflow design and SOP mapping
Tool use across CRMs, inboxes, documents, calendars, and databases
Human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive actions
Agent observability, evals, and failure recovery
Deployment into existing business operations

Why it matters

Production agents need permissions, memory, logging, evals, and recovery. We design for that day one. If an agent cannot survive a bad API response, it is a demo, not a system.

  • Cut manual follow-up
  • Route tasks without waiting for a human
  • Give teams auditable AI, not black-box demos

Where agentic AI is heading, and why most projects miss

The shift to agents is real and fast. Gartner expects 40 percent of enterprise applications to ship with task-specific AI agents by the end of 2026, up from less than 5 percent in 2025, and projects that 15 percent of day-to-day work decisions will be made autonomously by agents by 2028, up from zero in 2024 (Gartner, 2025). The direction is not in question. The execution is.

The same Gartner research is also a warning: more than 40 percent of agentic AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027, on rising costs, unclear value, and weak risk controls (Gartner, 2025). The pattern behind those cancellations is consistent. An agent gets built where a simple automation would have done the job, or it ships with no metric to defend and no recovery path when a tool call fails. We scope against exactly that. Every agent we build carries permissions, logging, evals, and a fallback policy from day one, and we recommend an agent only when the workflow needs reasoning rather than rules.

Questions about ai agents

What is AI agent development?

Building AI systems that reason through a workflow, call tools, use business data, and complete tasks with monitoring and guardrails.

Can AI agents connect to our existing tools?

Yes. We build around your current stack: CRMs, databases, Google Workspace, Slack, email, calendars, and custom APIs.
