Pick the strategy type (board pack, market entry, competitive response, operating model, fundraise) and choose where your data lives: upload exports into the Project knowledge, paste raw data, use the Claude Excel or Word add-in, or pull from a governed connector. 3. Run prompts 02 to 07 in order to produce the board pack on your own numbers, then 08 to spec the live dashboard and 09 to stress test. 4. Treat every review gate as your own sign-off. Board-facing outputs (the pack and the anti-consultant memo) need a named human to approve before they leave the room. Stop when the app opens and I confirm it works.
